Had a very positive experience with them today. They took the heat pump for fixing before we moved into our current rental unit. It took them about 3-4 weeks to fix it. The technician Billy arrived on time, was knowledgeable and polite. He was dedicated to ensure everything was working properly before wrapping up. I’m yet to experience the long term success of the job but so far so good.
Hands down worst company I have ever dealt with. Have had my AC unit issue for 6 months and still not working. They came “fixed” it then didn’t work. Then came again and again to fix it didn’t work. Eventually removed the unit to take back to workshop to fix 1 month later they bring it back and reinstall and house starts smelling like burnt electrical wires and made me feel dizzy. They removed it and been 2 months and don’t have the unit still. Problems started in May and it’s now going to be coming back the unit in November... read more
I recently ran into some issues with the heat pump in my condo and after contacting my developer, I was put in touch with J&S. They were extremely professional and prompt in getting back to me and helped solve my problem really quickly. I also learned a lot about how to maintain the heat pump to ensure it runs smoothly going forward. Can’t thank them enough for their help!
J&S acknowledged the issue with my heat pump, and sent out a technician promptly to diagnose the problem and remove the faulty unit. The technician (Billy) was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. A few days after the work, I received a follow-up call from J&S to schedule a second appointment to install a replacement heat pump. Billy arrived as scheduled and completed the full replacement within 1.5 hours. I highly recommend J&S Sales for HVAC service.
Absolute horrible servicing time. They don't get back to you on emails and the phone number for servicing forwards you to an AI/Robo that just asks for your name which "is not in the directory."
