Not BBB accredited for a very good reason. Garbage quality heat pump units that needs service every season. They come in, test it, it appears to work and they leave only for it to not work afterwards. Service techs have limited knowledge and are simple - as long as it works while they're in your home, their job is done. Until you have to call them back yet again.
