I recently ran into some issues with the heat pump in my condo and after contacting my developer, I was put in touch with J&S. They were extremely professional and prompt in getting back to me and helped solve my problem really quickly. I also learned a lot about how to maintain the heat pump to ensure it runs smoothly going forward. Can’t thank them enough for their help!
J&S acknowledged the issue with my heat pump, and sent out a technician promptly to diagnose the problem and remove the faulty unit. The technician (Billy) was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. A few days after the work, I received a follow-up call from J&S to schedule a second appointment to install a replacement heat pump. Billy arrived as scheduled and completed the full replacement within 1.5 hours. I highly recommend J&S Sales for HVAC service.
Absolute horrible servicing time. They don't get back to you on emails and the phone number for servicing forwards you to an AI/Robo that just asks for your name which "is not in the directory."
Bought a $10k heat pump from them Expected 15 to 20 year use of Died 6 months after the 2 year warranty expires They want me to replace the motor and the circuit board Refuse to give me a break. In parts cost They want their cake and to eat it, Claudia absolutely clueless about customer service
We still having heat pump the problem going on. There is no one contacting us to fix it, What They were keep saying is that someone is going to contact us soon. The Winter time weather is dropping really fast we have to sleep with down jacket during the night. We have the heamt pump problemstart at April 30 2021，but the problem still not be solved. J&S have comes back and forth for five times. Still not fixing the problem. I don't understand. I had really bad experience with J&S. problem still not being solved.
