we made a reservation online and contacted them directly to ensure the rv could be delivered and set up. we also rented a golfcart and had that delivered. we had some issues with the golfcart but we had power outages and the connection tripped. no fault to anyone. the owner was kind and understanding and helped us out! we stayed at buffalo springs and had a wonderful weekend otherwise
It was an awesome experience nice and clean rv and the owner was exceptionally connected to his customers and if your looking to rent an rv don’t hesitate to give her m a call our family is already planning to rent again in September for the reason being he took he rv out and set it up and after the family gathering was over we called him and he went broke it down and hauled it off
I have rented twice from J's RV Rental. Both times the service has been outstanding; from the reservation confirmation, updates, pick up, and return. Carlos is very helpful and professional. The 2 trailers I have rented have been clean and operational. I recommend J's RV Rentals.
Very helpful setting up the camper we rented. Great staff. I highly recommend them.
