I communicated online with Carlos throughout this first experience of renting an RV. He was always VERY prompt in responding to my many questions. As luck would have it, we ended up having to cancel our trip because of dangerous weather & unsafe driving conditions. Carlos again immediately responded & was very kind in dealing with this situation. I can guarantee that we will be renting from Carlos when we are able to return to the area. This is how a good business is run! Thanks!

Owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. The Polaris added a great adventure for our trip to Buffalo. The entire rental process was seamless, with clear instructions and no hidden fees. I highly recommend J's RV Rentals for anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable outdoor experience.
