Absolutely fabulous experience! This was our 2nd time renting from J’s and the service was awesome again. We used the RV for our business, as an office for an event.
I communicated online with Carlos throughout this first experience of renting an RV. He was always VERY prompt in responding to my many questions. As luck would have it, we ended up having to cancel our trip because of dangerous weather & unsafe driving conditions. Carlos again immediately responded & was very kind in dealing with this situation. I can guarantee that we will be renting from Carlos when we are able to return to the area.
