I am filing this review on behalf of my elderly parents. “I would not recommend. I paid a deposit in March 2025 for roofing work, and as of July, absolutely nothing has been done. I’ve reached out multiple times over the last several months, and each time I’ve been given a different excuse or vague promise that the work will begin “soon.” It’s now been over 4 months and I’m still waiting with no clear answers and no action. I googled roofers near me and several popped up on the search. I called a few and most just seemed to want to rush me into filing a claim with my insurance company. But Seth, at J&S was understanding and patient. He said whenever you’re ready to move forward just let me know and I’ll walk you through the process. So, a few weeks passed and I called. He was at my house within the hour. Filed the claim, got the roof replaced. As well as the gutters and the ac unit. He went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend.
Seth was punctual and helpful in regards to inspection. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.
Awesome work, love our new roof. Can’t believe y’all finished in just one day!
