update day 2, more threatening text messages: EDIT: NOW THEY ARE TEXTING ME THREATENING ME, over my true and accurate experience, see pictures of their text messages. We had such a terrible experience. We contracted with J's Pool and Spas for the great reviews. They immediately subcontracted out the work. We had a heater installed by a separate contractor. When the header would not work, it was insisted that we needed to upgrade our gas. I requested a second opinion from J's Pools & Spas and they never came. After paying for a plumber and plumbing upgrade, it still did not work. It took 3 weeks to even come to a resolution after I relentlessly called them and requested help. It turned out... read more

“We used this company in the past, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We noticed unprofessional behavior from the start, with the technician being arrogant and aggressive. The final straw was during a scheduled pool cleaning, when he was openly making out with his partner instead of focusing on the job.
