Very disappointed. Contacted them to get a quote and received a call back almost immediately requesting photos of the HWS connections etc. Supplied them within the hour and then the wheels fell off. Waited nearly 2 weeks without hearing anything. Sent a text to see what was going on. Told me that they hadn't had time to quote - TO INSTALL A HOT WATER SYSTEM.
