Had a water heater installed by J&S. It broke after only 2 years. They sent out a young kid with an attitude the first time bc we didn’t have the part in yet - because J&S doesn’t supply the part. They expect you to call the manufacturer and make them send you the part. So we did. It was the wrong part. They send the same young kid a second time but he gets a flat tire at 8am, asked me for a jack, asked me for a ride to the auto parts store - which I could not do. I got a house from MI homes, its been 1yr 9mo. Plumbing work was done by J&S. I got a sink garbage disposal issue thi week, they replaced with new disposal which is less than $100, but charged $350. Is that fair? I cross checked the product at home depot and amazon its $80 with 5yrs warranty, but J&S is providing only 3 months warranty... J&S clearly CHEATING the customers, I know how to take this forward legally.!
