We called for an emergency on the water heater. I was told the process is calling, leaving a voicemail and would recieve a text. Well, Lauren texted before I left a voicemail. She asked several questions regarding my issue, asked for pictures and was on point. Even though it was through text she was handled my issue. Informed me of the warranty and the cost upfront. Runs stop signs drives like a crazy person
This guy was following me on the highway in a truck WAY TOO CLOSELY so I let him get around me THEN HE REAR ENDED ANOTHER PERSON!!! DUUUUDE no. No. No. Bad. You don't do that.
Called and the lady is very rude. Call if you want to talk to a rude unprofessional secretary.
