I had an incredible experience with JS Plumbing. Replacing a water heater due to unit failure is never a fun project or expense to have to deal with. However, the professionalism, integrity and responsiveness was unmatched. I had a number of bids and requests for bids (that required payment) and it’s not even close. I won’t disparage those other companies (big box and specialty) entities publicly, but they were put to shame by JS Plumbing. To come in nearly $2000 below other quotes is astounding. Tried calling about a possible leak but it sounded like they didn't even want to come out and didn't, I was told what it could possibly be over the phone and I fixed it myself, still disappointed I was pushed aside.

Jeremy at JS Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our leaking water heater. He responded on very short notice and was professional, courteous, and conscientious throughout the entire process. He took great care to protect our home by laying down drop cloths, protecting our floors, and even removing his shoes when bleeding the water lines.
