Worst haircut ever! I'm an au pair and went to the salon based on my LCC's recommendation. When I arrived, they said "You're the au pair?" and pointed me to a blonde lady. She was supposed to wash my hair first, but they said it wasn't necessary. She cut my hair dry, and I asked for a long bob cut. I was shocked when she said it was done. I immediately noticed my hair was extremely uneven and straight (not even close to a long bob). Jay is the only person I trust with my hair. She never fails. Whatever I want, I get and I'm never disappointed. She comes highly recommended.

I told the lady to cut off an inch and she damn near took six inches. I don’t understand how you can hire people who don’t listen to their clients. Only one lady in there seems to know what she’s doing. I would keep it pushing and find another salon.

Wonderful owner and staff. Very quick and attention to detail was great. Also the prices very reasonable. I was made to feel right at home and I didn’t feel uncomfortable saying what I wanted. She also frequently checked in to make sure that I was happy.
