Joe gave ample to time for a warm-up, thorough rundown of what was going to happen and continuous monitoring and coaching during the test. He allowed me to push as hard as I could. We had an outstanding experience with JS Performance Labs here in San Antonio. Joe took a very detailed, data-driven approach in evaluating my son Andrew’s performance; specifically analyzing how his glutes were firing compared to his hamstrings. Joe is a great guy to work with and very knowledgable about all things related to bikes and bike fitting. The Rutel system is very technical and comprehensive. Joe took the time to patiently explain the test results and subsequent adjustments to my bike. Highly recommended!
