Great people. Rented 90 chairs and 12 8ft tables. Very communicative and got us everything we needed at exactly the time we needed it. On time and quick for pickup and delivery.
I've been using J's Party Rentals for a few years and they have always accommodated me without any problems. The staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.
WOW! After reading the reviews I am glad my situation stopped where it did. I emailed J's Party Rental, the reply from Jo Ann was very quick, the next day to be exact. She stated in the emails that they could accommodate my party 100% percent and even at a great price especially because it turns out the venue is literally next door to their warehouse. J's was awesome! We rented tables and linens for a wedding reception. From the moment I called, their customer service was very helpful and professional. They maintained communication constantly and did not let me worry about anything. The owners delivered and picked up everything on time and they were super friendly! My highest recommendations.
