We have rented sxs and the apartment multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. One time our son's Samuri was broke/damaged and they delivered a sxs to us at SMORR so our trip would be salvaged continuing for us to have a great experience. The apartment is comfy and roomy with all the necessities for a great weekend to visit Seymour. Business replied it wasn't true- I'd love to see what their counter argument is for the concerns we made below. We RENTED A 1000XP. We were told only AFTER arriving that it didn't have brakes and we had to take this ragged turbo machine. Instead of being honest initially, and risking losing a rental- they hid the fact that the machines were in bad shape and in return screwed us with the repair bill.
