Wish I could give JS Muay Thai more than five stars if I could. Have been coming over just over a year now and have gained way more than I could have ever imagined from the studio. Top things I love about JS 1) The community. The coaches, the women who come here and their families. I have made actual and genuine friends for life (seemingly impossible feat when you're an adult). What a lovely community there is at JS, I live around 20 minutes away but travel for the classes each Saturday. It’s a central place that has great classes for women in Muay Thai. Never felt so comfortable at a gym, for beginners and intermediate can do these classes. Thank you ladies!
Started off with the Muay Thai 101 course in April 2025 and got hooked. The only gym that has kept me interested and keen to turn up multiple times a week. Everyone is so welcoming. Big community focus. Fantastic coaches that meet you where you're at and they breakdown each move/combo so it's easy to understand and thrive.
Very professional and such a good environment for females wanting to start muay thai, improve their skills or even build confidence. I am very glad I have found such a great group. Everyone is very supportive of each other. I would definitely recommend trying out some classes. Positive Communication, Professionalism
