Great gym to train at, at any point in your Muay Thai journey. The coaches are super supportive, understanding and know exactly what you need to push you forward. Never met a more encouraging bunch of people and have had a lot of fun training. The gym offers strength classes too to complement the Muay Thai, which is amazing, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do in the gym.

Never before have I felt so connected to my body, the people I train with and the mission of JS Muay Thai - to grow strength and confidence in mind and body. Being a member and part of the community has re-shaped my own beliefs about my physicality, and what I'm capable of - set at my own pace. I'm deeply appreciative of the grass-roots beginnings of JS and the warm, welcoming space they hold for all bodies. Quick tip - empty your schedule because it is addictive (in the best possible way).

I joined JS in June 2024 for the six-week challenge—and a year later, I’m still here! JS is not just a gym where you get a great workout and learn new skills from highly experienced and passionate trainers; it’s so much more than that.
