Started off with the Muay Thai 101 course in April 2025 and got hooked. The only gym that has kept me interested and keen to turn up multiple times a week. Everyone is so welcoming. Big community focus. Fantastic coaches that meet you where you're at and they breakdown each move/combo so it's easy to understand and thrive.
Very professional and such a good environment for females wanting to start muay thai, improve their skills or even build confidence. I am very glad I have found such a great group. Everyone is very supportive of each other. I would definitely recommend trying out some classes. Positive Communication, Professionalism
Love this place so much! Signed up for their winter challenge to try something new and now it’s been five months and I can’t imagine not doing this! Jo and Som are so amazing and great coaches, I’ve never felt so welcomed by a gym and the community it comes with
