Javier came and quickly remediated a leak and mold in our kitchen. He meet with the adjuster and walked me through each step. Pricing was fair and I’ve had many people comment they can’t even tell we opened up our ceiling!
Definitely not worth 11, he is a scam ! He is overcharging for a corner he did in our house! Didn’t give us a proper quote before starting the job. Completely unprofessional. Is charging us for areas he didn’t even work on in our house as well. On top of that he used our electrical for his machines and expects us to pay our high bill as well!
I called these guys 5 in the morning and they answered right away and came over within 30 mins. By the time I could down a cup of coffee he was already extracting the water and placed down air movers etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best experience with a restoration company I've had EVER.
Javier came and gave me some insight and pointers on my leaking chimney and we were able to come up with a solution! Highly recommend
Javier and Lisa were awesome! They helped me throughout the claim process that I didn't understand! If you need help, they are the ones to call!
