Called on a Sunday and Josh was willing to meet us at his shop. Very friendly and fair price to re install the cover under my car that was dragging. Great family oriented business.
When my brakes went out once I got home from work in the driveway where I ended up calling Josh for help & he went above & beyond to get my car fixed as quickly as possible so that I wouldn’t have to depend on anyone to take me to & from work. I will be using him again anytime I need repairs done on my car.
Wow Josh was awesome! We had no auto services available on a Sunday night we were traveling from out of state for spring break and ran into trouble with our expedition. We called him from a hour away on a Sunday late afternoon/early evening and said are you able to help we are only in lake Geneva for 2 days. He said yes call when we arrive in town. I was stranded on the side of Highway 12 on my way to Lake Geneva when I found J&S on Google. Josh went above and beyond—he not only recommended a tow truck but also called them for me. Josh provided outstanding customer service and incredibly fast turnaround time. Thanks to J&S, my car was fixed, and I was back on the road the same day! I highly recommend them—they are absolute lifesavers!
They repaired my BMW in excellent timing. They were able to repair it very affordable and I will definitely be doing business with Josh again. Plan to repair my truck soon. Highly recommend
