Jack release handle broke after about a year, no responses about warranty for many months. Buy from someone else, it’s only about 10% better than Harbor Freight anyway, not worth 500% more cost with no warranty

Received my TriGlide jack with no problems. About a year later the cable broke. I’ve left several messages and nobody has responded as of yet. I guess I’ll have to find one elsewhere. The jack works as advertised. Love it. I just have to put a piece of 4x4 under it to lift my trike.

I did not order a lift from you people because of all the bad reviews. You lost a potential customer.

Update 9/23: today I received an email that my order has been shipped (email came at around 9PM, wonder if the business was still working or if this is an automated communication). It contained the UPS tracking #. Delivery is planned for Wednesday, September 28, 2022. I provide an update once UPS has delivered. I admit that I am very excited. Update 9/20: no change since the original post. Waiting 6 months now. Interesting enough, the business responded to a positive review since I posted my review. Not sure what to make out... read more

I ordered a replacement 6t0n hydraulic jack back in October 2022 and I have yet to receive it. I have also called and sent emails with no response. Very disappointing for a Made in the USA company. I too will be notifying the BBB unless I get a response soon.
