We met with Jeannine Kirk at the Little Pond development and she was amazing! She took the time to answer all of the long and complicated questions we had and took us to tour various units. She was incredibly nice and helpful. We’re in love with the model homes we toured and are very excited about the possibility of being a part of the community at some point!
I bought my home from Hovnanian many moons ago, and I recently called them about an issue I was having. I was very pleased with the customer service. The gentleman I spoke with remembered me and explained everything to me clearly and patiently. He was very kind and even offered to send someone out to take care of it for me. After all these years, it means a lot to know they still care about their homeowners. I truly appreciate their help and would gladly recommend Hovnanian.
Front desk receptionist lady one of the rudest people out there. Not very welcoming and calling people idiots behind their back.
We have had such a great experience with Hovnanian’s customer service department. Manny and Haylle are very professional, courteous, responsive and always go that extra mile to make sure that our issues are resolved.
J.S Hovnaian & Sons are one of the best companies to use. They truly believe in quality over quantity, offer array of designs for homes, all the employees there are amazing. I've personally known them for years and I cannot say a single bad thing about the owners, company, etc. They will respond to any questions, comments or concerns. This company and those who work for the company truly care about every client and people in general.
