We had a similar experience with JS Homebuilders as other reviewers. The contractor took a long time to get started on our project. Then once the project was started we would go weeks without any significant progress. Communication from the contractor would often be a list of things that were going to be done in the coming weeks, but the items were never completed in the timeframe promised and often were several weeks or months late (if completed at all). Cared more about other jobs than mine. Never finished. Work was unacceptable at the end and then ghosted us. Agree with prior review. CROOK.
Started my sisters house 3 years ago. Could not complete the project. Submitted false receipts to the bank for labor and materials. Essentially stealing thousands of dollars. He was a family friend. Was in our brothers class and was college roommates and still treated my sister and her family like this. He is obviously robbing peter to pay paul on all his projects. Please be wary of this crook.
