Dishonest, unreliable, steals personal property… says he is licensed/ bonded and he isn’t. Hired him to put in a dishwasher. We needed a cabinet removed and plumbing/electrical run to it. He charged us over the initial quote and was paid in full when he never finished the job. He didn’t do the electrical correctly and left saying he’d return in the morning. J is competent, professional, and very reasonably priced (excellent value).
