These folks serviced my golf cart last year… This month I was having an issue with my suspension so I called them and had them take a look at it. They called me and shared that the issue with the cart is something that they should have addressed back last year and they apologized. They fixed the issue and returned the car back to me promptly at no cost. This kind of transparency and honesty is unheard of today and I thank them as now they have an extremely loyal, lifelong customer.
David and his team are amazing. They picked up my golf cart did a thorough inspection and returned it very promptly. Now I’m ready to have it inspected by the HOLLY SPRINGS Police Department. I will continue to use J’ golf cart for all my golf cart needs.
