Amazing service! Michael was able to come out super quickly and repair the door for us. Prices were super fair, was able to give an honest price after sending him pictures, and hold to that amount. He was also able to provide a quote on the cost to replace the springs that are going bad. Will defiantly be going back for any future needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremiah and JS Garage Door. I recently had an issue with my garage door opener that I needed some help with. I called and left a message and he called back within 1 minute of me hanging up. I told him what was wrong, sent him a picture and video of what was happening and he then proceeded to walk me thru how to fix the problem myself without him coming out and charging me anything to fix it. Called for assistance with a broken cable, they were out the same day (late on Friday) and identified numerous issues effecting my doors operation and safety. They provided me options on repairs and had the door working better than new in a short amount of time. In fact they informed me the replacement springs I had installed 5 years ago by another Ramsey door company were technically too small/weak for my door - making it much more difficult to set up and causing my opener to work harder than it should. J’s garage answered my request to replace a broken spring very quickly. I submitted the request late Sunday night. Mike contacted me Monday morning and was out that afternoon! Very professional and had my door repaired within an hour! I highly recommend J’s Garage Door! Thanks Mike for the awesome service!
