How do you not give your people ANY notice that the gym closed down?? I was there multiple times last week. No email, no text, no mailing notice. Just a post on social media pages the DAY OF that it was closing permanently. If it was because of a rent increase, there's no way that was just discovered. That tells me that the owner was trying to get every last penny out of whatever memberships he had. Due to a lot of concerning posts, I'll be monitoring the bank accounts to make sure we don't continue to be charged.

I cancelled my membership in May of 2024 due to a deployment in June. He assured me via text message it would be cancelled. He has continued to charge my card throughout my 6 month deployment and will not answer phone calls or text messages to refund me my money. Complete scum bag. The gym sucks anyways. It’s gone downhill in the last year.

When you sign up PLEASE BE AWARE if you need to cancel you will be charged $300. When I joined I told J I may have to cancel if our kids can’t handle it because of our schedules I have to take my kids with me and he said I could do my first week of his training boot camp free but NEVER MENTIONED it would cost $299 to cancel. He said it’s right in the agreement but when we signed up he just pointed where to sign and called it good. Shame on us for not taking it and reading through before hand. Broken gym equipment, never has water, paper towels are always out, soap is always out. DIRTY!!!!!y six year old doesn’t even want to play in their “play area”.
