Customer Service after the installation is non-existent. I had my fence installed May of 2021. I had some issues with 2 of my gates. I tried calling multiple times in May 2022. I left voicemails without calls back. I even got ahold of some female who is answering phone calls and she assured me someone would call and they didn't. On June 10th someone showed up at my house, unannounced, to look at my issues. So I had them come out for an estimate, no problem. Hired him. 3 months later I still have no fence and I have not even talked to him because he wont call me back. He answered my son's call but wont answer mine. I called many times and left many messages but had no response so after 3 months of wasting my time, I fired him. Now I have to start all over with estimates again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I guess if you have completely flat ground you may be ok.(maybe)When he came to my house for the estimate I explained the fence had to be on the ground completely because of dogs seeing a opportunity they would dig. Told the owner where I wanted my gate and he advised another spot on a hump. He said it would work out better in his choice. So I said ok. So fast forward fence is complete and I use that term loosely. I go to check the fence and there is gaps yes I mean plural and 3 different kinds of stakes with some sticking u... read more
