AWFUL! Spent $80 to alter a $300 Prom Gown for my daughter and it looked like a homeless drunk person altered it. Too short for even flats! They argued with me and tried to blame it on me and my daughter. Now I understand why they have a lock and buzzer on the door. When we purchased the dress someone else was in the store complaining about their dress being ruined by altering also!
