I would highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for home inspection. Jay helped us identify issues we didn't notice and we were able to address them with the seller before closing. Jay is very thorough, walks you through any small or large concerns and takes the time to answer all questions. His reports are very detailed with many helpful photos, and he also turns it around super fast. I've worked with a few other contractors but no one has been as professional, knowledgeable and patient as Jay. Absolutely the best!
