We were given a very short due diligence period upon accepting an offer for our house and was only notified right before the weekend, so we needed an inspector to come out quick. Jay came out to perform his inspection that Satuday in addition to his radon and mold services. His reports are very detailed and he walked through with us to point out details of the house we hadn't even noticed the first 2 walkthroughs.
