I was referred to this company through my home warranty. The entire experience was horrific. I had to call numerous times, across several days, to even get scheduled for an appointment because he was too busy or didn't have his calendar available, and then he forgot to call me back. Once I finally did get something set up (5 days after I reported the issue to the home warranty company), he was a no call/no show for my appointment.
