Based on my personal experience, I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere is you are personally looking for insurance. Across the course of two years, the communication from the JS Edwards & Sherlock team has fallen short. Working with agent Jessica Babin resulted in taking my business elsewhere, as her and the team demonstrated lack of customer care and did not acknowledge my needs/requests.
