He is a superstar mechanic!! He explained the things he was working on in detail along with some of his thought process and didn’t talk down to me. (As a female who has had this problem with other mechanics, this was a big deal). He checked in with me after all was done to make sure it was all working well. He is extremely honest and fair and takes pride in his work. I hope to only use him as my mechanic as long as he is able!
Jon knows everything about these ford 7.3 trucks and has fixed problems that other shops couldn't figure out. Great mechanic. Moving forward I'll only be using him.
