John and Jamie ,it is disappointing to see that JS Custom Builders cut corners and do not build the house correctly. You had no paper underlayment on the house roof at the Cathedral ceiling .Just shingles on plywood. I had to pay $6,000 for a roofer to redo your roof on the house where you had no paper underlayment. We could see plywood already The Garage was completely done wrong.
