Pretty sure if we could give 1000 stars it wouldn't be enough. Jeff was professional, kind, efficient, and the final results were incredible. I regret not taking pictures before and after, but our carpets have never looked so amazing.
Absolutely excellent service. Punctual, efficient. Explained the process and the price in advance. We had white carpet from the 1970's (white!) that he made shine. Stellar service, 1000% recommend.
WOW, we are repeat customers. We have a berber carpet and 4 kids and cats. We thought we would have to replace the rug as we had tried cleaning it with a Rug Dr. machine...... Finally we decided to get a pro to see what they could do. HOLY COW , the rug now looks like brand new !!!! We have had them back 3-4 times. IT is cost effective and worth it. Give then a try and you will be a repeat customer.
Wow! My carpets have never looked better. Jeff did an amazing job. He was punctual, clear and concise in his communication, friendly, respectful and excellent at what he does. I’ll definitely be using him again. Oh and did I mention toon how easy it was - idea! And all for a fair price. I highly recommend Jeff.
