Jeff was extremely professional and cleaned our carpet better than we could have imagined!
We had an emergency experience in which our basement carpet was soaked via a next door unit’s water heater. Jeff was there less than 12 hours later with equipment that he assured would do that job. He understood our situation and got the job done. He was efficient, effective, and helpful on top of everything else, was affordable. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
Good communication, friendly, showed up on time, and most importantly, carpet looks clean.
Working with Jeff was great! During the pandemic he came to our house and picked up our 2 Pottery Barn wool rugs that we left out in our driveway and returned them for us as well. He's extremely professional and is a perfectionist when it comes to rug cleaning. We've had our rugs for 10 years and they came out looking brand new again for an affordable price! We will definitely use him again.
