They never open on time have you wait 10-30 mins just for them to open the store if you know you can’t there on time change the store hours instead of false advertising! Been late to my appointments so many time thinking they was going to open when THEY SAID !
Prices are too high. & on Google it says it closes at 730 but on the window it's 700. Very inconvience being that the next closest one is in suffolk or newport news
The guy there is very rude .. I hope he sees this too he needs better costumer service skills ! asap.. He yelled at me very loudly across the store for trying a wig on .. there was NO sign saying do not try either… It’s common sense if you’re going to buy an item to try it on before purchasing so you won’t get scammed… also he’s always staring and creepy.
There's a lot to get in there and to look around there's a lot of merchandise right now it's 50% off if you want to go in there it's very reasonable right now but it's kind of inhospitable but you know don't worry about that just sick go in there and Shop
He is so rude and unprofessional. If I could leave zero stars I would . Would not recommend.
