What a shady business owner. Does not keep to timelines, asks for extra money at delivery. Hardly answers phone calls. Look at the rest of these reviews, they are terrible for a reason. We are filing a police report and a Better Business Bureau complaint.
Rented a u haul from.them pleasant and courteous friendly
They’ve had my truck for almost 4 months. They don’t communicate. When they do finally talk to you, it’s a bunch of lies and excuses. I regret ever letting this shop and joe touch my vehicle. They have a great reputation of doing people wrong. I’m now having to consider a lawsuit in order to make things right. Such a miserable experience
Worst experience I have ever had in my lifetime dealing with a automotive shop I had dealt with this place before with good results other than a week late . Took my truck and promised a 2 day turn around , shown parts that had been taken out with a witness , over 2 1/2 months later and still wasn’t fixed ,had to wrecker it out torn apart and nothing had been done that he claimed to have repaired. DO NOT!! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE OR DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE. We took our car to have the AC fixed. After a whole week we went to get the car and they had crashed our car. The guy keeps lying saying he didn’t see how it happened and keeps lying to insurance.
