Always professional, fantastic customer service and a 3year/36,000 mile warranty on parts AND labor!
I scheduled a front end alignment after replaced control arms, JS auto had my car for an hour and a half while I waited, charged me $40 but did not do the alignment because of a rear broken spring. The right thing to do would’ve been to tell me as soon as they knew and not waste my time and money.
