I'm from Maryland, our radiator split just outside of Alpine, TX. They answered the phone at 8pm, recommended a towing service and had the new radiator installed the next day. Good, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. I can ask for no more.
Well, the shop has nice guys at work. They’re very cordial. I needed a walk-through on a used car. I got charged $180 for two hours however I know they’re busy and couldn’t give it their full time but there were some glaring issues when I got up under the car several spots of minor leaks here and there and obvious strut tower plastic seeing through just wasn’t thorough as I thought he had said he did. We drove in from Austin and our car started making a loud screeching sound so we stopped by J&S and we figured out that it was a tiny rock causing the issue! They were so friendly and helpful and saved our trip!!
