WE REFUSED AND THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER EXCEPT THE BRAKES!!!..MY MOM DROVE AND COULDNT STOP AT THE REDWOOD INTERSECTION..TURNS OUT THEY NEVER FULLY PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER..NOW MY MOM IS 100% SCARED TO DRIVE..ID BURN THAT TRASH ASS BUILDING DOWN...STAY AWAY..I WARNED YOU.
***shop was SOLD and that is the reason for the high ratings- used to be 5 stars and dropped to 1. Look at new vs old reviews*** This shop scammed both my partner and I. They clearly have no issue with ripping off their neighbors. My partner needed his brake pads replaced. He was charged for all 4 brake pads and later found out they only replaced 2, when he had to go get them fixed again. I was having issues with my power steering. I took it to Jeanette and had to have it replaced 2 more times - and pay for labor each time, ... read more
