I cannot say enough good things about my experience with J's Auto Repair in Hebron! From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! Every shop i called or went too wanted to replace my engine with a used one. Js auto said, that's a bad idea u don't know what ur going to get. We can rebuild it like new. So I gave them a shot. They were very honest with what was wrong and pricing, shoped around to get me the best price n quality on the parts I need. This shop has great family values u can tell on the way they treat u as a customer . Great work to the crew at js auto! I would recommend these guys to everyone i know. Had a sparkplug blow out in our 15ft box truck. Took truck to Jonathan here at Js auto repair. Was very pleased. Truck was fixed next day. Truck runs better then ever. If your in need of a mechanic, Jonathan is your man. Great pricing. No hassle. Great workers. Customer for life!!
Really grateful for the help I got from this shop. My car wouldn’t start, and they came out within a couple hours, worked with me on a payment arrangement, and had my starter fixed with my car back the same day. As a broke girl in her 20s, that kind of understanding and flexibility means a lot. They made a stressful situation so much easier— would recommend to anyone in the area!
Absolutely phenomenal service, super nice guys, and complete transparency. They explained everything thoroughly and were very easy going. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is my go to mechanic from now on.
