Judging from the reviews, I guess i should have bought from Emmanuel, but I didn't. I was there for several hours. It was a high pressure situation. I even at one point told Beto, I was going to go home and I would think about it, but he assured me he could give me a good deal. I had the most absolute best service from this dealership. Emmanuel was fantastic, he went over and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with a vehicle. Afterwards he made sure I was updated on what was to come with concerns to my car note payments and how to access the resources in order to get that done, same with my insurance. I would recommend J’s Auto Connection to anyone in the valley.
