I had a truly awful experience at J’s Dealership. I recommend not buying a car here at all. I bought a VW Golf here for $12,000 less than 6 months ago from Scott and the engine has had so many issues. I’ve spent over $4,000 fixing mechanical issues. They sold me a lemon and don’t care. Thankfully Jeff and Payne, two mechanics there were very helpful with several issues later but they aren’t able to fix all the problems. J's Auto Body Shop comes with the highest recommendation from me, especially the work done by Derek and his team! I hit a deer on the interstate and within the day Derek had all necessary photos, an estimate and communication with my insurance provider. Parts were ordered promptly and installed excellently and in a more than timely manner. Looks like a brand new truck! I greatly appreciate the communication and customer service, it's a lost art but not when dealing with J's. Thank you!
