Dave was so wonderful to work with. He’s been so patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process! This is by far the best experience for a big purchase - even better than buying a new car. I bought a pair of pre-owned Alexia and a new Dan D’Agostino amplifier earlier this year. I have been enjoying them so much! I’ll save money towards my next purchase and come back to JS Audio in the future for sure.
We visited the store and were interested in the B&W speakers but ended up walking away with a pair of pre-owned Wilson Audio Alexia and Dan D’Agostino amplifier. Dave was patient with us and let us listen to all the speakers that we were interested in. They helped us set them up after delivery and was incredibly helpful. We will go back for future upgrades for sure.
Well, my first review was just as a visitor to audition some speakers. There was no pressure to buy and it was a fun afternoon listening to a wide range of equipment. After a year of looking, I decided on a pair of pre-owned speakers. Dave spent almost two hours, meticulously positioning the speakers in my listening room. Purchased a used pair of Wilson Audio Sophia 2’s from Jason and the Kennedy brothers here at JS Audio. To say the service was exceptional would be an understatement. Jason delivered my speakers the day before thanksgiving staying well past his normal work hours to set up my speakers and returned the following Monday to finish the final setup.
