I rented property to JS and Sons from Oct of 24 of Oct of 25. At the ended of the lease they stuck me with.. $800 back rent $362.53 Ameren bill $222.43 Sewer bill In my experience how you do anything is how you do everything. I would highly advise against doing business with this company. Email below of owner stating they would be dropping off the check on Nov. 7th. Still has not been dropped off.

I am absolutely ecstatic about my new roof. This past spring, my roof was battered with hail, causing severe damage to my roof. I was so worried that the process was going to be lengthy. but Dave came out and took pics, and submitted a bid to my insurance company. long story short, insurance accepted bid.
