Used them 3 times in 3 yrs allways great communication, do great work and never leave a mess.
We had a great experience with this company! We received a letter from State Farm stating that we needed to replace our roof or they would drop our homeowner's insurance. We called JS and Sons and they scheduled a time to come out for our free estimate. David was very friendly and helpful and gave us our detailed estimate as well as climbing up on our roof and using some sealant to help fix an area that was leaking. I've since done business with this company and have been very pleased with the our new roof installed. We plan to have them back in the future to repair our ceiling that was damaged from the water leakage. My only constructive criticism is better communication. Tried to give a local company business and they failed me. Never contacted my insurance company and rarely returned my phone calls. They scheduled an appointment and never showed up.
I am not one to leave negative reviews, but when a company repeatedly disappoints, it must be addressed so future clients are aware. Last September 30, 2024, they came to give me a bid on replacing 2 standard size windows. Nothing custom, windows can be purchased/ordered at Contruction Supply. The scope of work included 2 new full windows, removing siding, installation, replacing siding and disposing old windows.
