I had an incredibly disappointing experience. I contacted them to address issues with my heating and cooling system which they installed in the first place. They scheduled an appointment for Friday, but no one showed up on the agreed day. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them. We contacted J&S as they were next door doing some work at our neighbours at the same time our split system died. Although initially they were unable to assist, the office then called us back with an option and we organised a date and time for installer Connor to attend to install a new unit.
