Unreliable. They installed >50 GEFs for new housing and there have been multiple units fail within 0-2 years. They don't honour warranty or ACL and ignore all forms of communication on a few hundred dollars. Imagine if it was costly job like packaged units, ducted commercial split systems, or controls - you'll never hear from them again. Go with a more reliable HVAC company to avoid a headache.
We recently had a ducted air conditioning system installed by J&S Air Conditioning and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team helped us choose the right reverse cycle air conditioner for our home and the installation was completed professionally and neatly. The whole process was straightforward and the system is already making a huge difference for both heating and cooling. Highly recommend J&S Air Conditioning in Tullamarine for ducted air conditioning installation.
J&S Air Conditioning did a fantastic job with our air conditioner installation in Tullamarine. From the initial quote through to the installation, everything was explained clearly and the team was professional, punctual and easy to deal with. The aircon installation was completed neatly and the system is working perfectly. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend J&S Air Conditioning to anyone looking for air conditioning installation in Melbourne.
Connor and the team from J & S Aircon and Heating installed a multi head split system service for us in Coburg. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and communicated well throughout the whole process-from the quote through to completion of the job. Would highly recommend them.
Really happy with the service from J&S Airconditioning. They came out, had a look at the house and explained the best options instead of pushing the most expensive one. They helped us choose the right system and everything was installed professionally. It looks great, works perfectly and we’re very happy with the result. Highly recommend!
