The property manager is a great guy and joyce is an absolute angel. I cannot thank JRW enough for all they’ve done for me.
SCAM. Do not rent from them. When we moved out they somehow totalled up exactly what our deposit was in false damages after the rental had these same damages when we moved in. The floor rotted because of moisture issues under the home and they charged us for the floor bubbling and tearing. It was going to tear regardless because it was wet since yall didnt install vents in the crawl space in a humid environment. Not our fault yet you want us to pay for it. This company is a scam they take your money and doesn’t contact you about the property you are applying for to let you know if you were approved or denied. They will not contact you if the property has been rented too.If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. You need to do better with your business. I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE TO YOUR BUSINESS.
