Great business, local and competitively priced. Had a job that ended up having a few more steps involved than originally expected. James and Natalie were transparent in what the extra work was going to be - came back a few days later to sort it out. Work was completed accordingly and hasn’t had further issues.
Poor communication and unprofessional service. I booked an appointment with JRW Gas and Plumbing for a boiler issue, but they never showed up. When I tried to call, no one answered or called back. Wasted an entire day waiting for them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
Outstanding service! They were actually on their way to another job but still took the time to stop by and help me out. Their communication was clear and quick, and they worked fast and efficiently. They fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. It's rare to find such reliable and responsive service these days. Highly recommend them!
Had a really bad experience with JRW Gas and Plumbing. They overcharged me for a simple pipe repair and left a mess behind. The work looked sloppy, and a week later the same problem came back. When I asked for a warranty fix, they completely ignored my messages.
Terrible customer service. JRW Gas and Plumbing promised to come in the morning, but arrived late in the afternoon and acted like it was no big deal. The plumber was rude and didn’t explain what he was doing. The final bill was way higher than the quote. Very disappointing experience.
