Had an appointment with Dr Vigil Sr. Waited for over an hour, then he comes into the exam room and tells me is not able to see me because he has a Zoom appointment and bills me for the appointment. I have emailed the billing company they use and tried to contact them about this issue only to be ignored. Since his son Dr Vigil Jr left to practice in CO this practice has continued to go downhill. I love JRV. It’s a family run business. The staff is friendly and helpful. Veronica always is willing to help out and returns calls and makes things happen. My biggest reason for 5 stars is Hope Montoya. She is the first medical professional in over 20 years that has actually figured out how to help lower my blood pressure. i came for my first appointment on a friday and the place was full of dogs (i love dogs b it why at a doctors office) and everything was disorganized and unprofessional im not sure why i went ahead and booked another appointment for the following monday to meet with their on site psychiatrist and i arrive to my 12:45 appointment to find they’re closed from 12-1 for lunch??? when i come in the frazzled front desk person called the doctor and they tried to reschedule me for later that same day at 4 online but i have school and... read more
Don't waste your time, literally. You wait for over an hour past your "appointment" time just to be put into a room. It's like waiting in the ER to be seen. What's the point in having an appointment if you're not even seen within a decent amount of time. Then because they are running so behind they don't give you the time and attention you need. You're just another body at that point, no bedside manner. We'll be looking for a new primary.
