JR was amazing! Very nice and informative about what was going on with my car. I could tell he was passionate about what he does. Didn't over charge me either! I'll be making sure I go to him again.
We randomly googled an electrical auto shop. There were a few places that came up but my gut said to try this place first. My gut was right. Yen was amazing over the phone and such pleasant customer service in person as well. JR was amazing and so honest. He is very honest, fair and detailed with the diagnosis. We will be booking an appointment to definitely come back and get the service done. With so many crooks out there in the auto business, this shop was so fair and honest which rare!
It's so difficult to find a mechanic that is well rounded with integrity and honesty, so when I was introduced to Jr. I was blown away at how much he cares about the customer and the knowledge he has to get you back on the road. And with how tough finances are he is way fair on when it comes to prices, You're actually getting your money's worth. I can't thank you enough Jr, You have a customer for life.
JR can fix ANYTHING! He and his shop can handle whatever needs fixing including electrical gremlins. Always uses factory parts and fluids when available. Fair prices and stands behind his work.
