Had James come out to check my car and honestly couldn’t fault him. Super easy to deal with, turned up when he said he would, explained everything in plain English and didn’t try to upsell or make things sound worse than they were. Recently had James from JRT isolate an issue with my cars cooling system when he was already booked out and he made time to help and gave some great DIY advice to sort it then did a roadworthy inspection which picked up some ‘fails’. He spent time step by step showing me how to sort a few of the curly ones DIY that normally would cost hundreds at the workshop and asked to be kept in the loop as to how I was going with it. The service provided was exceptional! Friendly, professional and in a very timely manner, with genuine care and concern for our mechanical delima. We can not recommend JRT enough and certain that we have just found our 'forever' mechanic. And in addition, this company advertises prompt service and delivers on it.
