Not very good communication. Expensive for the work done
My Ford f350 with a 6.0 diesel broke down on me. This is bad,I make my living with this truck. Anyone who lives in my area knows its tough to find a 6.0 specialist. I called the local shops in Invermere and the soonest I could get an appointment was 5 days. JRT is in Cranbrook, about a 100km from me. I called John on Thursday morning he said he could have a look. I got my truck towed to him,he diagnosed it right away and called me. I needed 2 fuel injectors.
