JR Woodworks has been very difficult to work with. We are using them to replace our kitchen and media rooms. They are now three months late in delivery with many excuses. My architect and general contractor both refuse to work with them again. The finished products we have are nice but the level of service is just not there. I recommend you get multiple bids, evaluate references before selecting these guys.
Richard did our cabinets 10 years ago. He is busy, but he took the time to personally design every drawer and shelf. They fit perfectly without the fudging that comes with premade cabinetry. They have held up perfectly under constant use over all these years. The finish was wonderful and they still look as good as the day they were put it. Nothing has failed.
I have personally worked with Richard in the past as an employee for a general contractor. His work is second to none. I have hired him to do my cabinets in my first home ever. Why? Because I know good work from bad! these guys are professional helpful and pay attention to every detail.
JR's was wonderful. They are busy but Richard took the time to explain all options and their work was fantastic. Our kitchen and bathroom look great. The follow-up was great. Overall a great experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.
