We had a very disappointing experience. We made every effort of moving around schedules to ensure we were both home and ready for our appointment (he was not doing in person meetings, only by phone) and when Justin called at 5, he seemed flustered and confused. He asked if we'd worked together before and when we said we hadn't, he asked if he could call us back.
