My grandsons came to live with me for a while. I saw that Jr’s had great reviews and decided to check em out. Their inventory of selections was good and we could choose between bikes from very inexpensive to the cost of Walmart brand new. We selected the latter but the bikes are worth 3 times what I paid for them. They are in excellent condition, and the boys LOVE these bikes! Called today to get 2 bikes repaired and serviced. He got them done in a few hours and was more than fair on the price. I will be returning when I need other jobs done!
I had accidentally called him on his days off, well he called us back and was really rude and unprofessional. Even curses at my husband. I will never go to him, or ever try to call him again! He even text me a little bit later and was extremely rude. Was just trying to sell our adult sun tricycle that was lft to us!!
Took my bike in for repair, and while they fixed the brakes, the gears still weren’t shifting smoothly afterward. The staff was friendly, but I had to go elsewhere to fully resolve the issue.
